Quality Liaison Supervisor
As a Quality Liaison Supervisor, this individual will be responsible to perform a wide variety of Quality/Logistic support functions. This person will act as liaison between customers in America (NA & SA) and SRG Global Suzhou / Xiaogan; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. They will be a direct point of contact for customers when urgent containment action or when some representation is needed.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills and knowledge sought below but, of equal importance, he or she will be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and be a creative thinker. This is a “hands-on” position that will work across the global organization in a competitive atmosphere. Working effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial for success.
